As a Customer Service Assistant you will be a key member of the team handling a wide range of duties with room to grow alongside the business.

THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer emails and messages.
  • Assisting customers through social media channels.
  • Processing customer enquiries and resolving issues.
  • Supporting day-to-day customer service operations.
  • Helping maintain a positive customer experience across all platforms.

Personal Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in online customer service
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and assisting customers via Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
  • Experience responding to emails and customer enquiries
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Shopify experience is a bonus but not essential

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday - Please note this role is fully office based.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
