We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven TikTok Shop Growth Manager to help scale product sales through AI-generated content and social commerce. This is an opportunity to join High Sky, a fast-growing startup building advanced technology products at the intersection of AI/ML and highload systems. We are currently launching a new product — a platform for social media growth powered by automated account management.

This role is ideal for someone with proven success in TikTok Shop, strong knowledge of the US e-commerce market, and a sharp understanding of content formats that actually convert.

What you’ll do:

-Analyse niches and competitors using professional research tools

-Identify and adapt high-performing video formats, including UGC-style content, product reviews, and curated selections

-Build a systematic sales strategy, from product selection and assortment planning to content strategy

-Monitor key performance metrics daily, including conversion rate, CTR, AOV, ROI, and audience retention

-Oversee content production by assigning tasks to content creators, writing briefs and scripts, and selecting materials for publishing

-Create content independently using popular AI tools such as Kling, Grok, VEO, and similar platforms
