The Role - Teaching Assistant (Bletchley)

You will be supporting children with a range of complex needs within a specialist classroom. Responsibilities include:

• Building strong, trusting relationships
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Adapting learning to individual needs
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality support
