Salary: MPS/UPS (M1–UPS3) + TLR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Head of Geography to lead a successful Humanities faculty area within a vibrant secondary school in Slough.

We are looking for a passionate geographer who can inspire curiosity about the world, foster critical thinking, and lead the department to continued excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and strategically develop the Geography curriculum across KS3–KS5
• Support and mentor departmental staff to deliver high-quality teaching
• Drive student achievement and progress through innovative practice
• Enrich the curriculum with fieldwork and wider learning experiences
