Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Senior Account Manager - B2B media. The role is to lead a new account acquisition while developing both new and existing clients into high-value, multi-platform key accounts. The role is to identify target prospects and cultivate new business opportunities. Work closely with key accounts to maximise client satisfaction, increase repeat business and long-term value.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Account Manager - B2B media role:
- Drive business development and account management, growing existing relationships and securing profitable new clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of priority prospects and key decision-makers within salesforce.
- Lead strategies to identify, engage, win and retain new clients, working closely with marketing.
- Proactively develop relationships through client meetings, networking and attendance at industry and competitor events.
- Take ownership of major accounts, creating growth plans and delivering agreed revenue targets.
- Upsell existing clients through cross-platform opportunities including memberships, events and conferences.
- Capture and share feedback on social and environmental outcomes from events.
- Provide flexibility to support other areas of the business as required, in line with skills and experience.
To be successful in this Senior Account Manager - B2B media role :
- Ideally having experience in client solutions across both new and existing accounts, with strong expertise in marketing services sales.
- You must have experience in Sales, Account Management and Business Development sales experience within B2B Media or Events
- Have experience in selling products such as content, round tables, white papers, payment-wall products, podcasts, webinars & sponsorship etc.
- Confident in both face-to-face and telephone sales, including proactive cold outreach.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in identifying leads, initiating conversations, and overcoming challenges effectively.
- Works collaboratively with wider brand teams to drive collective success.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
