THE FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - FOODSERVICE ROLE
As a Field Sales Executive - Foodservice, you will be responsible for managing and growing a defined UK territory, working directly with foodservice customers across a range of channels. This is a relationship-first role - your ability to understand your customers' businesses and become a trusted partner will be as important as hitting your numbers.
As a Field Sales Executive - Foodservice, your key responsibilities will include:
- Territory Management: Own and develop your patch - building a pipeline of new business opportunities alongside nurturing and growing existing accounts.
- Relationship Building: Invest time with your customers; understand their pressures, their menus, their operations - and become the person they call first.
- Account Management: Ensure existing clients receive exceptional, consistent service. Retention and growth go hand in hand in this role.
- Events & Trade Shows: Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer hospitality - overnight travel will be required and is very much part of the culture.
- KPI & Target Delivery: You will be commercially driven, working to clear sales targets and activity metrics - but always with the customer experience at the centre of everything you do.
- Market Awareness: Stay across foodservice trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and feed intelligence back into the business.
