Recruitment Consultant – Accountancy (Permanent Desk)

This is a warm, busy permanent desk with an established client base and strong reputation, making it an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step in their career with a market-leading brand.

About the role

You’ll specialise in transactional and part-qualified accountancy roles, working alongside another experienced Accountancy recruiter in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Proactive business development, building strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Client meetings, visiting organisations to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
• Candidate sourcing through advertising, networking, referrals and market mapping
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates
• Working to clear targets and KPIs, with full visibility of your performance and earnings

What we’re looking for

• Recruitment experience, ideally within Accountancy, Finance or Professional Services
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to business development
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Resilience, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
