SEN - Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support local schools in long-term and permanent roles.

These positions are ideal for dedicated and reliable SEN TAs who are available 4–5 days per week and have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.

The Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have previous SEN experience (essential)
  • Be available to work 4 to 5 days per week
  • Be open to long-term and permanent placements
  • Be reliable, committed, and professional
  • Have a genuine passion for SEN and inclusive education
  • Be confident supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)

The Role:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
  • Assist with classroom learning and tailored SEN support plans
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements:

  • Proven SEN experience in a school setting
