Location: This role will involve presence in our Northampton office with some travel to client site in Bedford & London

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days on site, 2 days working from home

What you’ll do
  • Lead and develop a team of Resourcing / People Partners to deliver against client objectives
  • Build deep knowledge of client organisations, aligning recruitment strategies to their goals
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing service enhancements
  • Collaborate across Reed brands to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions
  • Own commercial performance, ensuring delivery meets financial targets
  • Monitor contracts to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, offering expert advice and insight
  • Share best practice across the wider account management community
  • Champion social value initiatives to deepen client partnerships
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience managing MSP and/or RPO programmes end-to-end
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to spot and drive opportunities
  • Confident influencer, experienced in senior stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident presenting to stakeholders
