Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Programme Manager to support the planning and delivery across Luxembourg, Germany and UK. Coordinate day to day implementation and delivery activities across country and platform teams

  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones and dependency views
  • Track progress against programme milestones and highlight delivery risks or slippage
  • Prepare status reporting, dashboards and forward looking insights for programme governance
  • Maintain RAID logs and support escalation with clear impact and mitigation options
  • Coordinate inputs from workstream PMs to provide a single, coherent programme view
  • Support management of regulatory, legal entity and country specific delivery considerations
  • Draft and support governance materials, including status packs and decision papers
  • Drive follow up on agreed programme actions and mitigations
  • Maintain delivery documentation and audit grade traceability
  • Participate in client and incumbent status calls and maintain shared tracking/ governance documentation
