Day-to-day of the role:

  • Covering the reception desk, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls.
  • Handling filing and organisation of documents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing diaries for staff, scheduling meetings, and coordinating room bookings.
  • Transcribing documents accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
