About the Role
We are seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess to join a well-known organisation based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key front-of-house position, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting clients, customers, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
• Managing front-of-house areas to ensure a welcoming and organised environment
• Preparing and serving refreshments for guests and meetings
• Supporting the smooth running of reception and visitor services
• Handling general enquiries and providing information as needed
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality at all times

About YouWe are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, polished, and confident in a customer-facing role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to deliver a high level of service in a busy environment
• A strong communicator with a positive and professional attitude

Experience

• Previous experience in front-of-house, hospitality, or a customer service role is highly desirable
• Candidates with a background in cabin crew or premium customer service environments will be particularly well-suited
• Experience in meeting and greeting or corporate reception is an advantage
