About the role
The Branding and Marketing team drives campaigns that attract top clients and users to the business. From creative concepts to digital campaigns and in-person events, they tell authentic stories about the company, the brands, the people and the products.
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to develop and lead strategies that position the products to another level.
You’ll partner with the wider Creative Design teams to bring impactful projects ideas to life.
What you'll be doing
- Leading various end-to-end employer branding campaigns
- Planning, delivering, and attending in-person events across global locations, creating memorable experiences
- Creating and delivering bold campaigns that strengthen the company and product brand as a forward-thinking and innovative manufacturing business
- Supporting the creation of engaging content that highlights our culture through dynamic storytelling
- Driving innovation by exploring new tools, formats, delivery and technology
- Pushing boundaries to improve performance while staying true to our global brand and purpose
- Understanding audience insights and translating them into effective campaigns and content
What you'll need
- Exceptional energy and great communication skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in relevant and purpose led branding roles
- Knowledge of branding theory and efficient, modern best practices
- Familiarity with creating organic social media content for different channels and media
- Solid organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Great problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
- A track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders

- Realistic compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
We have two sites that you can work from. One is Manchester City Centre and the other is in Lancashire – or potentially, you may wish to work in a split role between the two.
