Digital Marketing Manager

We’re working with a fast-growing, international fintech organisation. Our client is looking for an experienced Events & Marketing Manager to support the delivery of marketing and communications activity across a global business.

This is a hands-on role, combining strategic input with execution across brand, digital, content, and events. The position requires strong organisation, creativity, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand, Marketing & Communications

  • Support delivery of marketing plans to increase brand awareness
  • Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and client documentation
  • Ensure consistency across all branding and messaging
  • Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams on campaigns
  • Manage external suppliers (design, print, PR)

Events & Conferences

  • Plan and coordinate attendance at industry events and conferences
  • Manage logistics including registrations, materials, and suppliers
  • Organise travel and itineraries for teams
  • Support pre-event promotion (invites, announcements, LinkedIn)
  • Maintain a global events calendar
  • Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up

Website & Digital

  • Maintain and update website content
  • Upload news, announcements, and product updates
  • Work with developers on site improvements
  • Support SEO and basic analytics tracking
  • Ensure content aligns with brand and regulatory standards

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Support creation of articles, case studies, and newsletters
  • Assist with press releases and company updates
  • Manage and update LinkedIn content
  • Contribute to wider marketing collateral

Internal & External Communications

  • Coordinate marketing communication across internal teams
  • Support preparation of external presentations and materials
  • Ensure all communications are aligned and professional

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications
  • Experience supporting or coordinating events/conferences
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and marketing tools
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Desirable

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or B2B marketing
  • Exposure to digital marketing and branding
  • Basic understanding of financial markets or trading platforms
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
