As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing compliance work, and contributing to advisory projects that genuinely make a difference to the businesses you support. The successful candidate will be CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified and working towards their final stages, with solid corporate tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice. You will be comfortable managing your own portfolio, mentoring junior members of the team, and engaging confidently with clients at all levels. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, overseeing compliance and advisory work to a high standard
• Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, contributing to a positive team culture
• Assisting partners and senior managers on complex tax advisory projects and identifying planning opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day queries

Requirements

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with significant corporate tax experience
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and, ideally, advisory work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise at senior levels
• A proactive, ambitious approach with a genuine desire to develop and progress within a leading firm
