Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Sittingbourne. This Logistics Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.

About the Role:

  • Coordinating daily inbound and outbound deliveries within a warehousing and distribution environment
  • Liaising with transport providers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
  • Monitoring delivery schedules, resolving issues, and updating stakeholders proactively
  • Maintaining accurate logistics records, shipment documentation, and tracking systems
  • Supporting stock movement reporting and operational performance metrics
  • Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times

About You:

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or transport administration
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics or ERP systems
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and manage changing priorities
  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK

Salary & Working Pattern:

  • Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
  • On-site role with occasional overtime during peak periods
