About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Paraplanner to join our Kettering-based paraplanning team. This is a backfill opportunity within an established team, providing technical and administrative support to Financial Planners to ensure high-quality, compliant client advice and an excellent client experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their paraplanning career who is keen to develop their technical knowledge within a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual review packs and supporting documentation for client meetings
• Draft suitability reports and associated recommendation documents using templated frameworks
• Carry out basic research on products and providers in line with adviser requirements
• Build and maintain cashflow models to support financial planning advice
• Prepare and process new business submissions, including platform instructions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to back-office systems
• Work closely with Advisers and colleagues to progress cases efficiently and compliantly

About you

• Hold a minimum of 2 R0 Exams 
• Highly organised with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Demonstrates a genuine willingness to develop technical knowledge
• Proactively asks questions and seeks clarification when needed
• Communicates clearly and confidently with advisers and colleagues
• Manages time effectively and meets internal deadlines
