JOB TITLE: Lighting Install Supervisor

LOCATION: Clevedon (with travel when needed)

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Permanent

SALARY: up to £40,000

THE LIGHTING INSTALL SUPERVISOR OPPORTUNITY:

• Oversee installation of solar street lighting projects.
• Manage subcontractors and internal installation teams.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and HSE guidance.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Install and commission solar panels and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
• Provide support and feedback to the Head of Operations.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain project timelines.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Strong leadership skills with the capability to manage on-site activities in line with industry best practices.
• Collaborative team player who can motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality work and service.
• Preferred background includes permanent lighting installation, construction, or groundworks.
• Able to work closely with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, procedures, and systems.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role or related field.
