You’ll take control of your pipeline, push opportunities forward relentlessly, and convert deals.

What You’ll Own:

  • Full responsibility for opportunities within your area
  • A pipeline you actively build, manage, and convert
  • Commercial decisions, including pricing and deal strategy
  • Clear visibility and control over project progress

Core Responsibilities

Drive Revenue

  • Take ownership of projects from "warm" leads through to close
  • Maintain momentum across all live opportunities
  • Balance hard work with maintaining strong relationships

Create Opportunities

  • Identify and convert new business prospects
  • Secure high-quality meetings with key decision-makers
  • Support proposals and technical input where needed

Build Relationships

  • Develop strong connections with contractors, stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Position yourself as a trusted and reliable partner

Negotiate

  • Lead conversations with confidence
  • Sell company value and realistic outcomes—not just price
  • Influence decisions and overcome objections

Stay in Control

  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Zoho or similar)
  • Track pipeline, performance, and conversion rates
  • Continuously refine your approach to improve results

What You Bring

  • Experience in Internal Sales, Telesales, Business Development or Client Management and Relations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience (Zoho or similar preferred)
  • Highly organised with strong time management
