Job Title: Branch Manager

Location: Canterbury
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 per annum + referral-based incentives
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a day off in lieu)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead a busy sales office in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong local market knowledge to take ownership of branch performance, drive listings and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and organise the day-to-day activities of the branch team
• Drive new business generation including property listings and valuations
• Conduct market appraisals and secure new instructions
• Oversee the full sales process from instruction through to completion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders
• Coordinate property marketing, including photography and listings
• Ensure the CRM/database is accurate, up to date, and actively utilised
• Maintain high standards of compliance with industry regulations
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvements where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in estate agency, ideally at a senior or management level
• Strong knowledge of the Canterbury property market
• Experience leading or supervising a small team
• Confident in winning instructions and closing sales
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence is essential
