This assignment has been created to bring in senior, credible L&D capability at speed, supporting live priorities across multiple work streams. The organisation values pragmatic, delivery led professionals who can operate autonomously, cut through complexity and apply experience directly within a commercial, product led, PE backed setting.
Profile
This role is designed for a senior L&D leader, someone who has operated at a very senior level previously and is now comfortable stepping into an execution focused assignment, applying their experience pragmatically to unblock issues and deliver results at pace.
The successful candidate will take direct ownership of delivery, operating autonomously, cutting through complexity, and applying their expertise exactly where it is needed most.
