Location: Norwich (Hybrid)
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working – split between home and office

A well-established organisation is looking to appoint a Client Services Assistant to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. This role acts as a key day-to-day point of contact, ensuring high levels of service delivery, client engagement, and account performance.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting client renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to ensure content, services, or deliverables are provided accurately and on time. The role includes responsibility for revenue targets, forecasting, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts as a primary point of contact
  • Supporting annual renewals and contributing to new business growth
  • Forecasting revenue and maintaining a strong pipeline
  • Building strong client relationships to understand needs and identify opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining account development plans with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve queries
  • Driving client engagement to improve coverage, performance metrics, and satisfaction
  • Identifying and resolving ongoing client issues through structured engagement plans

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or target-driven sales roles
  • Experience working to revenue targets and KPIs, with strong forecasting skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills
