We are seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Lawyer to lead a long-established, successful, and profitable firm based in North London.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the Wills & Probate department, including:

• Managing and motivating a team
• Monitoring KPIs across field-based will writers
• Reporting directly to the Board of Directors
• Supporting the future growth of the business
• Assisting with acquisitions and integration of additional practices

About You

Essential:

• Qualified Lawyer / Solicitor with Wills & Probate experience
• Experience working within a law firm
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial mindset with experience managing performance/KPIs
• Technology-savvy and open to innovation

Desirable:

• Current or previous practising certificate
• Experience supporting business growth, acquisitions, or integration projects
