This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and customer-focused property professional with experience in new homes, estate agency, or residential property sales who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and guiding buyers through the purchasing journey.

Working within a professional and supportive environment, you will be responsible for selling a range of high-quality new build homes while building strong relationships with buyers, developers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing enquiries from prospective buyers
• Conducting viewings and presenting new homes developments professionally
• Guiding buyers through the reservation and sales process
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with purchasers
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
• Supporting marketing initiatives and development launches
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the buyer journey

Requirements

• Previous experience within new homes sales, estate agency, or property sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work within a target-driven environment
• Well-presented with excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
