An established Financial Planning firm in London is looking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager to take ownership of ongoing client servicing and relationship management within a high-quality private client environment.
This is a client-focused role at the centre of the advice process, ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of communication, service, and ongoing support. You will work closely with Financial Advisers and act as a key point of contact for a portfolio of private clients.
The role suits someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is confident working in a structured financial planning environment where accuracy and professionalism matter.
The Role - Act as a key point of contact for private clients
- Manage ongoing servicing, reviews, and client communications
- Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
- Support Financial Advisers with client review meetings and follow-up activity
- Ensure accurate and compliant records are maintained using CRM systems
- Handle client queries promptly and professionally
What You'll Bring - Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a financial planning environment
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisation
- Confident communicator with a professional manner
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous)
