Forklift Driver

• Hourly Rate: £13.44 per hour
• Location: Norwich
• Job Type: Temp to Perm
• Shift Patterns: 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm (Fri 1.30pm-9.30pm)

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our team on a temp to perm basis. This role requires operating forklifts safely and efficiently and involves shift patterns of either 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm. Day-to-day of the role:

• Operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods and materials.
• Conduct routine checks on forklift equipment and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Accurately log all movements of goods and ensure proper stock control.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to optimise loading and unloading processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Forklift Driver.
• Valid forklift operator training certificate.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work early or late shifts as required.
• Good physical condition and coordination.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
