About the role
Supporting a Partner and wider team within a busy property department
Providing full secretarial support alongside another secretary
Audio dictation and typing of legal documents
Opening and closing files efficiently
Drafting legal correspondence and documents
Liaising confidently with clients and third parties
Handling general administrative and secretarial duties
What we are looking for
Previous experience as a Residential Property Legal Secretary or similar
Experience within residential or commercial property considered
Strong audio typing and organisational skills
Process-driven with excellent attention to detail
Adaptable and able to manage a varied workload
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Team player who enjoys a supportive office environment

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)
