An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Town Planner to join a highly regarded planning and development consultancy with an outstanding reputation across London and the South East.

This is a fantastic role for an ambitious planner looking to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, regeneration and strategic land sectors. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and design-led team, working closely with developers, architects, landowners and local authorities on complex and rewarding schemes.

The Role

You will be involved in all aspects of the planning process, including:

  • Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
  • Providing strategic planning advice to clients
  • Conducting site appraisals and planning assessments
  • Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders
  • Supporting business development and client relationship management
  • Working across a varied portfolio of developments throughout the UK
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership
  • Previous experience within a planning consultancy or local authority environment
  • Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
