The role

You’ll manage a varied private client caseload, including:

• Estate and executry administration
• Inheritance Tax and succession planning
• Drafting Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Trusts work (beneficial but not essential)

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:

• Has relevant private client experience
• Is confident managing their own caseload
• Communicates clearly and empathetically with clients
• Is organised and takes a conscientious approach to work
