Your New CompanyHays Education is working in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across the local area. Due to increased demand, we are looking to recruit reliable and adaptable Supply Teachers to support schools on a flexible basis.

Your New RoleAs a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of settings, maintain work-life balance, and build strong relationships with local schools.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons and managing the classroom effectively
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and safeguarding
• Adapting to different school environments with confidence

What You'll Need to SucceedTo be considered for this role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Recent teaching experience within primary education
• Strong classroom management skills and flexibility
