My client a world-leading producer and distributor of fine wines and spirits have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accounts Receivable Assistant/Credit Controller to join their welcoming and friendly team.

The selected candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills along with an eye for accuracy.

• Salary: 30K+10% Bonus + excellent benefits
• Hours: 9-5.30pm (flexibility on start end time offer)
• Hybrid/WFH: Monday and Friday are working from home days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in the office. 
• Location: Short walk away from a mainline London based station.

The role:

• Daily invoicing with the Stock and Order Department
• Prepare statements/reminders to Customers, chase Customers on payment
• Submission of invoices in their system and then process invoices through a loader
• Submit accurate monthly cash predictions to Head of Finance
• Chase Order teams for pending credit notes or queries unanswered
• Liaise with the Account Assistant on A&P for Contra Payments
• Assist with month end closing

Person:

• Organised and able to manage deadlines
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
