A long-established firm in Ayrshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ+) to join their busy and well-respected team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience who is looking to build a strong, well-rounded career in Private Client work within a supportive and genuinely collaborative environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, and general lifetime planning and client advice.
• Engage in highly client-facing tasks, providing opportunities to build long-term relationships within the local community.
• Work directly alongside one of the Directors, benefiting from close mentorship and day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with a supportive team structure that includes a Director (Head of Private Client), another Solicitor, a Paralegal, a Receptionist, and a Secretary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Newly Qualified solicitor or someone with post-qualification experience in Private Client work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to high-quality client service and keen attention to detail.
