Description

The In-house Commercial Solicitor will be:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
• Advising on technology agreements, including SaaS and IT procurement
• Supporting procurement processes and supplier arrangements
• Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Assisting with risk management and compliance matters

Profile

The In-house Commercial Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with up to around 2 years PQE.
• Experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting in procurement
• Familiar with technology and/or procurement work (desirable)
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer
