Factory Worker / Machine Operator Location: Hinckley Pay Rate: £ per hour to start with Start Date: ASAP Hours: 08:00 – 16:30 (30-minute unpaid lunch | 8-hour shift) - to start with but after training (2 weeks) it will be weekly rotation 06:00 - 14:30 and 13:30 - 22:00 Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday We’re currently recruiting for a Factory Worker / Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a long-term ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities
Operating machinery (full training provided)
Gluing, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
Quality checking to ensure high standards are met
Manual handling duties, including occasional heavier items
Requirements
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail and ability to work consistently
Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred, unless you live locally (due to site location/shift times)
