Our clients, a rapidly expanding Estate Agency in Lancashire,  are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The position will be working in a growing business with day-to-day tasks including Negotiating and Viewings. This is an opportunity to join an innovative and forward thinking business with career progression available.

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
• Alternate Saturday with ½ in lieu.

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator role will be offered:

• Basic salary Up to £30,000
• OTE £35,000

To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role you must have:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Estate Agency
• Driving licence

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:

• Booking viewings
• Dealing with offers
• Registering applicants
• Covering appointments when required
