Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Blackpool, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team in Year 4.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic ECT to begin their teaching journey in a supportive and nurturing environment. You will take full responsibility for a vibrant Year 4 class, delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum while helping pupils develop both academically and personally.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold QTS (or be due to achieve it this year)
  • Be enthusiastic, creative, and committed to high-quality teaching
  • Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
  • Be eager to learn, reflect, and develop as a practitioner
