Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour

We are working alongside an innovative alternative provision unit in the Llandeilo area to recruit a dedicated Complex Needs Support Officer. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to young people aged 11-19, all of whom are on the autistic spectrum, with some learners presenting severe or profound learning difficulties.
This is a genuinely rewarding opportunity for someone who believes in inclusion, consistency, and seeing beyond barriers-supporting learners not just academically, but socially and emotionally too.

The RoleAs a Complex Needs Support Officer, you'll be a vital part of the day-to-day support structure, working closely with teaching staff to provide consistency, reassurance, and tailored encouragement throughout the school day.
