Do you have experience within the beauty industry? A medical clinic in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a clinical or therapy-based environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced and high-profile setting.

Please note: this position operates on a shift rota, which includes some evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing bookings for treatments and procedures.
• Handling incoming calls and responding to email enquiries efficiently.
• Delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience throughout their visit.
• Promoting and selling skincare product ranges.
• Providing operational support to dermal therapists and the wider medical team.
• Taking ownership of duties and responsibilities during designated shifts.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a clinic environment and/or beauty therapy, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
