Customer Support Advisor – Wigan - £28k per annum plus company benefits
Our client is a well-established communications and IT organisation based in Wigan; due to continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join their team.
The successful candidate will be ensuring that customer requests are processed in line with company procedures and standards. You will also be a member of the Service team dealing with incoming customer queries and small customer quotes.
Full training will be provided.
