Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout engagements
  • Reviewing and preparing financial statements in accordance with relevant UK accounting standards
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team, contributing to their development and the wider team culture
  • Liaising with managers and partners on audit findings, helping to identify and communicate key issues clearly and effectively
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or working towards qualification, with a strong foundation in audit and assurance
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Confident in managing your own workload and client relationships with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and auditing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels
