Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager

Are you an experienced Oracle Programme Manager ready to take ownership of complex, high-value ERP transformations?

The Role

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Programme Manager, you'll take full ownership of delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes-ensuring they land on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

You'll act as the trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the challenges of large-scale change while leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

*Own end-to-end delivery ofOracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes

*Act as theprimary client interface, building strong, trusted relationships

*Define and agreescope, objectives, and business outcomes

  • Lead and motivate delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence

    *Develop and managerobust, achievable programme plans aligned to Version 1's MAXIMISE methodology

    *Drivegovernance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

    *Proactively managerisks, issues, dependencies and change control

    *Take ownership ofcommercial performance, including budget and P&L

    *Coordinate withthird parties and client teams to ensure alignment

    *Supportpre-sales and business development activities
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

*Proven experience deliveringOracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite programmes (ERP, HCM, EPM)

*Strong background inprogramme and project methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2)

*Experience managingfixed-price engagements and commercial delivery

*Deep understanding ofgovernance, reporting, and scope control

*Exceptionalstakeholder management and communication skills

*Ability tolead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
