I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join the Property team of a leading international law firm in London.

The role will involve:

• Providing proactive PA support to a team of solicitors within the Property group
• Managing busy diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
• Handling emails, calls and client communications professionally
• Preparing, formatting and coordinating legal documents
• Supporting with meetings, deadlines and team priorities
• Liaising confidently with clients, lawyers and internal teams
• Working collaboratively with other PAs and business support colleagues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Legal PA experience, ideally from a law firm environment
• Excellent organisation and diary management skills
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner
• Confidence with document production, formatting and admin processes
