Sales Support Executive - Broker Support

Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We're working with a well-established financial services business seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their Broker Support function on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role supports brokers and internal sales teams in a regulated environment, managing the end to end administration of finance deals.

It is suited to someone who is comfortable working within financial services processes, compliance requirements and broker-led sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing finance proposals through to completion and payout
• Acting as a key point of contact for brokers via phone and email
• Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress live deals
• Assisting with the structuring of more complex cases
• Conducting full KYC and customer due-diligence checks
• Running quotes and ensuring funding requirements are met
• Preparing documentation in line with credit and compliance conditions
• Liaising with underwriting, governance, payouts and finance teams
• Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory standards

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment (e.g. asset finance, lending, banking, insurance, broker support or similar)
• Experience supporting sales teams or brokers with live business cases
• Understanding of compliance, KYC and documentation requirements
• Confidence handling multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
