Day-to-day Duties of the role:

• Operate your branch as if it were your own business, leading a team, managing profitability, and driving business growth.
• Motivate, coach, and inspire your team to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
• List properties, provide expert advice to landlords, and ensure tenants have an exceptional experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and establish yourself as the go-to local property expert.

• Proven experience in lettings with a track record of building strong relationships.
