Accounts Assistant

Based in Burgess Hill (office based)

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new and exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an established SME on a permanent contract.

Key Duties:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Bank and credit cards reconciliations
• Reconcile supplier statements to identify missing invoices
• Inter-company transactions
• Daily cash postings
• KPI reports
• Basic adhoc administration task

Key skills:

• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger/finance role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ideally available short notice
