Senior CRM Manager

London (Hybrid working) Up to £65,000

This is an opportunity to join a growing digital growth agency in a senior, client-facing CRM role where strategy, insight, and delivery are equally valued. You will lead end to end CRM projects, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping high-impact customer engagement programmes.

The Role

  • Lead CRM projects across multiple client accounts, owning strategy, planning, and execution
  • Develop multi-channel CRM strategies aligned to commercial and customer objectives
  • Deliver and optimise email, push, and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalised journeys
  • Review existing CRM activity to identify opportunities to improve performance, processes, and efficiency
  • Advise clients on CRM best practice, data usage, and marketing technology
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insight into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to account growth
  • Support and mentor more junior team members through project leadership

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in CRM within an agency or multi-brand environment
  • Proven ability to define and lead CRM strategy, not just execute briefs
  • Experience working across multi-channel CRM, including email and at least one additional channel
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting insight and recommendations to senior clients
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to lead projects without formal line management
