Credit Trading Application Support - Front Office

Perm or Contract (Inside IR35) | London, Hybrid | First 6-8 Weeks Onsite For Handover

The Opportunity

We're hiring for a Front Office Credit Application Support Analyst to join a trader-facing production support team within Global Markets. You'll directly support Credit traders using in-house electronic trading and risk platforms, covering Credit Bonds, CDS and ETFs.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where strong communication, calm problem-solving and confidence working face-to-face with traders are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Front-line support for EMEA Credit traders
• Troubleshooting live trading, pricing, risk and market data issues
• Acting as a key bridge between traders, technology and infrastructure teams
• Managing incidents, releases and change processes
• Proactively identifying system risks and stability improvements
• Supporting onboarding and contributing to small improvement projects
• Monitoring critical trading environments

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communicator - confident dealing with traders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Front Office application support experience (Markets / Trading)
• Solid understanding of Credit products:
  • Corporate Bonds
  • CDS (Credit Default Swaps)
  • Credit ETFs / Indices
• Knowledge of market data flows

Tech / Tools (Nice to Have)

• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Splunk
• Working knowledge of Unix, SQL, Python
• Experience in production support / ITIL-style environments
