A long-established and rapidly expanding importer and distributor of consumer accessories is seeking a talented Procurement Manager to join their team. You will join a collaborative organisation with over 80 colleagues and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality branded and own-label products to the retail sector.

Your new role

As Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product strategy and driving commercial success across a 9m spend portfolio. You will identify market gaps, analyse consumer behaviour, and lead the full lifecycle of product development-from concept through to launch.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, brand partners and factories to deliver compelling, profitable product ranges that meet evolving customer needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar procurement or product management role.
• Strong capability across the full product development lifecycle.
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering product marketing strategies.

Preferred

• Degree in business or related discipline.
• Knowledge of SEM and online advertising.
