LGS Vision Recruitment are supporting a forward-thinking firm of accountants in the City of London a short walk from Liverpool Street & Fenchurch Street with a Payroll Senior position.

As a Payroll Senior, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of Payroll clients. Delivering accurate and timely payroll services to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast pace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an portfolio of client payrolls up to 290 (largest payroll is 90 employees), ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Processing starters, leavers, statutory payments, and pension contributions
  • Handling payroll queries and providing excellent client service
  • Supporting senior team members with complex payroll matters
  • Ensuring all payroll deadlines are met
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice

About You

  • Previous experience in a payroll role, ideally within a bureau or accountancy practice
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Experience using BrightPay software is highly desirable

Package

  • Starting salary up to £46,000
  • Company bonuses on personal & company performance
