The Role

As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective, inclusive, and future-focused hiring solutions. You’ll also manage and develop an Onboarding Specialist, ensuring a positive candidate and new-starter experience.

This role offers autonomy, influence, and the chance to contribute to an organisation with a clear social purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the organisation’s talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to forecast and meet workforce needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer
  • Oversee employer branding and recruitment campaigns
  • Champion inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Use recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Support, coach, and develop the Onboarding Specialist

About You

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment lead role
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles or functions
  • The ability to analyse recruitment data and improve processes
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with attention to detail
